Black cover, printed in white 'Daler Lay-out Pad A3'. Only one page has been used, which shows front and side elevations of 'Two', inscribed with measurements '8ft [high]/4ft [wide]/1ft [distance between planes at top]' and 'Curving to start at halfway up' with arrows pointing to halfway position on planes.
